In overall, the number of books read by women and men showed a positive trend. While men have read around 3000 books to 4000 books during the period of 2011 and 2012, women have read from 4000 books to 8000 books in the given periods. The gap for the number of books read by women and men have reached the biggest by 2012. The number of books read by men showed a skyrocketed trend. This figure was reached at around 4000 books in 2012 and 10000 books in 2013.Whereas, women showed a steadily increase trend till 2013 to reach at 10000 books. Therefore, the number of books read by women and men have reached at the same number of 10000 books in 2013.
The incremental trend for men was reached at 14,000 which continued till 2014. In comparison, the number of books read by women showed a decline trend as the number of books dropped by around 3000 books to reach at approximately 7000 books at the end of the period.
