The table shoes the percentage of young people who were working in different sectors in one country in 2005 and 2010.
The tabular data depicts the seven fields in which youngsters got employment in a country during 2005 and 2010.
Overall, it can be manifested that Social service was the most preferred sector in the initial year amongst the youngsters but it was overtaken by shops, restaurants and hotels in 2010. Interestingly, transport remained the least in both the years.
First of all, figures of 2005 indicate that the social service had the highest employed young people with figures of one-third. However, work done by them was the lowest in agriculture and transport at 5% each. Manufacturing as well as shops, restaurants and hotels had almost similar share with the former one having 21% while the latter one at 20%. Business and Other field did not have much share as it was 7% and 8% respectively.
Secondly, after half decade, shops, restaurants and hotels became the sector providing the highest employment rising by 12% and reached 32%. On the other hand, social service plummeted to 22%. Similarly, manufacturing dropped to 14% and 10% less of it was observed for Transport which was the least in that year. Lastly, business and other category slightly rose with both ending at 10%.
