Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
The best way to truly relax and reduce stress is to spend time alone.
Nowadays, most people have busy lives due to their hard duties in society, and they need to have peaceful moments for relaxation. Someone prefers to spend time alone to relieve their stress. While, I personally, prefer to be in groups of my friends and my family to reduce my anxieties. I feel this way for two reasons which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, spending time with our close friends can change our mood and make us happy. We can relieve our bad feelings and stress by talking to someone who understands us deeply. Also, we can speak about our private issues without any embarrassment and ask them for help and guidance. For example, I usually have very busy weekdays because of my career responsibility. ِActually, this work pressure suffers me and put me under stress. Therefore, I spend all my weekends with my close friends and family. Talking to them gives me a great sense of belonging and empathy. Having this enjoyable time makes me really relax and refresh for next weeks.
Besides, personally, I am interested in what we do in groups with my friends and families such as watching TV shows or playing volleyball. This team activity gives me an opportunity to forget what offends me. For instance, when I am not in good mood I can forget my stress when we cook pizza and tell jokes with my lovely sisters. They have a cheerful personality and when we are together we are the happiest girls.
To conclude, the best way to relax is'nt to be alone for me, in contrast, in my opinion, if I spend my free time with my family and friends, I can talk to them and use their advice. Also, It causes I can do my interesting group activities.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
