Overall, students spend on eating at home and electricity and water use make up for the highest proportions of expenditure in both years. While there are changes in several uses, many others show no difference.
Food and drink at home remained the same ratio in both 2000 and 2010, in contrast, ultilities proportion saw a slight raise from 21 percent to 29 percent. One of the significant rise is the amount spend on eating out, started from 4 percent in 2000 and doubled the amount in 2010 with 8 percent.
While the expenditure pay for transport experienced a minimal increase of 1 percent over the period, clothing spending fell by around two third, from 16 to 5 percent. At the same time, sports and cutural and holidays saw no change through out the time, both started and ended up with 17 percent and 5 percent.
