Overall, there was an increase in the number of pineapples exported by country A and C, but pineapple exports of B saw a decrease. The highest percentage of the pinapple cost was the distribution and retail while the lowest was for export costs.
The number of pinapples exported by country A started at about 1 metric tonne in 2009, after which it saw a dramatic rise to upward 10 metric tonnes in 2019. Opposite changes can be seen in the proportion of country B, which fell from over 4 metric tonnes to just under 2 metric tonnes during the period between 2009 and 2019. The figure for the country C was at downward of 1 metric tonne, followed by a sight growth.
The percentage of distribution and retail factor was the highest, which accounted for 35%. Meanwhile, producer and export costs factors was the lowest figure. The proportion of profit, taxes, international transport and import licences were 18%, 16%, 12% and 10% subsequently.
