The table illustrates the amount of plant and animal based products consumed by a person in a certain European country between 1992 and 2012.
Overall, vegetation products showed a clearly increasing trend while meat and dairy products had been eaten less or with a negligible change.
In 1992, an average person consumed about 2100 grams of vegetables on a weekly basis, the highest amount on the table. Cereals (wheat) and fruits (beans) were much less consumed, at around 800 grams and 500 grams per person respectively. During the period of 20 years, people in the country had eaten with a consistent increase in all kinds of the plant-based produce. The figure for vegetables in 2012 was over 2200 grams intake per head, followed by nearly 1000 grams of cereal and 600 grams of fruits.
Though meat was the second most consumed with over 1100 grams per person a week in 1992, it became less eaten over the 20-year period.Ending up with slightly less than the beginning intake by 2012. Only cheese saw a sustainable intake approximately 125 grams given the time being
