The table compares the personal consumption of five types of food such as vegetables, meat, wheat, beans and cheese in a European nation from 1992 to 2012.
Overall, it is clear to see that vegetables had the highest consumption rate and experienced an upward trend, while cheese had the lowest rate and then experienced a stable trend.
To begin with, the average person consumed 2140 grams of vegetables per week in 1992. Those kinds of food increased slightly to 2190 grams in the next ten years and approached 2220 grams in 2012. The second highest consumption rate was meat with 1148 grams in 1992, which grew by 63 grams and dropped again to 1132 in the final years.
The figure rate of consumption for cheese was 113 grams per week in the first years. It was a speedy rise to 125 and continued stability between 2002 and 2012. Wheat consumption was 837 grams per week in 1992, and rose significantly to 977 grams per week within twenty years. In 1992, Bean consumed 532 grams, then increased slightly by 14 grams and grew again to 590 grams in 2012.
