This report derives from a presented line chart illustrating the proportion of holidaymakers traveling to a specific Caribbean island from 2010 to 2017.
Generally speaking, the total number of travelers on the island demonstrated a growth in the given period. More visitors were favoring cruise ships for staying in the final years before the reverse was true.
With regards to overall visitors, the numbers increased in the definite time. Although the number of arrivals evident a gradual increase till 2015 at 2.75 million, it remained stable for one year and afterward skyrocketed to 3.5 Million in 2017.
In terms of staying on a ship, fewer visitors preferred it till 2013. it surged in a dramatic motion and overtook the volume of travelers on the island in 2016 before reaching its peak (2 million) in the last year before. On the other hand, Vacationers staying on the island was constant at first afterward accelerated to grow consistently until 2013. The proportion remained constant till 2017 except facing a decline in 2016.
