Overall, it can be seen that the proportion of working people witnessed a fluctuation in all countries between 1960 and 2020. Moreover, the trends of 4 countries are continued to fall during 40 years from 2010 to 2050.
Looking at the chart for more details, it can be seen that the figure for German workers had the highest point in 1960, at more than 65%. but then it had a fluctuation from 1970 to 1990. Finally, it reduced significantly over 60 years later, at 55%. The similar trend was true for Japan, starting at 65% and then it continued to progress to about 70%, which was the highest data of the chart, like in Germany, but then this percentage will be decreased sharply in 2050.
Turning to these other two, the rate of workforce in France and United States progressed gradually from 1960 to 1990, but then it may be continued to decline in the next 60 years.
