Dear Sir,
I hope your day is going well. I am writing this letter to inform you about a computer system problem that I have just encountered.
The problem has to do with the Central Processing Unit of the system. The computer system fails to boot after I have switched on the power. Also, I have noticed that the keyboard is faulty, but I tried to see wether I could fix it due to the little knowledge I have about keyboards. It could not be fixed by me.
My work is being affected because I use the computer system for all the jobs I have on my table. In addition, the previous jobs I have attended to are inside the system, so I do not have access to them since the computer system cannot boot. Given that the computer system is expedient for my job, I cannot perform any task at work.
I suggest that the IT department should take a look at the system first before referring it to any other person who specializes in repairing computer systems. To add, I prefer we stop buying secondhand Central Processing Units since the nature of our job needs the computer systems to always be in good condition.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Adam Grant.
