The ability to cooperate with other is more important today than in the past.
Do you agree or disagree?
No one can deny the fact that cooperation is very essential attribute one must have no matter whoever and wherever the person is. In the given scenario it is perceived that being cooperative is imperative today than it used to be before. Meanwhile, I am of the opinion that everyone must have the ability to cooperate with other. However, people today undoubtedly need this feature to grest extent. I feel this way for several reasons which I will explore in the subsequent paragraphs.
To start with, owing to the advancement in technology people of this modern era spend more time surfing internet. To be more precise, they even do not care about the outside world which results in lacking connection with other. I have wittnessed this in my own personal life. My sister, she always gets bsuy either with her laptop or her phone. Similarly, she gets irritated when guest visisted her home. Indeed, this activity of her has made her more self centered person. She have zero level tolerance which is not good for her mentel health. Therefore, it is so true that modern people necessiate more level of cooperation so that they can be famaliarize with outside world.
Secondly, digitalization of today’s world offer many opportunities to the youth. They need to communicate with professionals of all over the world. In addition, every person have distinct nature. So, we need to make up our mind to face any sort of behaviour they portary. For instance, in an interview if interviewer show little rough behaviour but it is essential for interviewee to grab that job, then the interviewee have show patience rather that being aggresive towards interviewer. What I mean to clarify is we all need to be mindful that in this world of competition we have to have the guts to handle any kind of forthcoming situation. This way, we can pave our path to the betterment.
To sum up, youngesters of this modern age are available with opportunites to excell their path, they need to learn to be more patient since they ssem to ignore the outside world and enjoy their own company. It is always welcoming to be cooperative whether it is in present time or in the past.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
