A glance at the provided diagram depicts the production steps of bricks for building construction. It is clear that overall there are seven steps included from digging the raw material until the bricks are ready to deliver.
To begin, the bricks are originally made from clay that has to be extracted using a digger. After that, the clay will be sorted through a metal grid. Subsequently, the sorted clay will be transferred through a roller and then added sand and water. The process is then continued to the shaping steps which can be done through two methods notably using mould or wire cutter. After the bricks shaped, it will be entered to the drying oven for 24 to 48 hours and then kilned. The burning temperature will be set in two stages namely moderate (200oC to 980oC) and then it will be increased at high temperature (870 oC to 1300 oC).
After burning process, the bricks are transferred to the cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours before it is ready to be packaged and delivered through container trucks.
