The diagram below shows how the orange juice is produced.
The given diagram illustrates the linear process of manufacturing orange juice.
It is evident from the diagram that there are 17 stages required to produce the juice. Additionally, the manufacture starts with the collection of fresh oranges and culminates with the orange juice being sold in a supermarket.
Initially, fresh oranges are collected and delivered to a factory where it is washed to remove dusts. Next, the oranges go through a special machine called extraction in which fresh juice is derived, whereas the byproduct of this step is used to feed animals. Subsequently, the fresh juice is packaged and brought to a supermarket. However, the juice also goes to another step, at which it is delivered to a factory by a refrigerated truck.
The production continues with a stage called evaporation, during which water in the juice is removed to make it more concentrated. After that, the concentrated juice is put into cans, which are then stored in a warehouse. The next step involves the cans being brought to a factory where the water is added to the juice to render it suitable for the consumption of people. Finally, the juice is packaged and delivered to a supermarket where consumers can purchase orange juice.
