Dear Sir,
As you are already aware that I am a full-time employee of a MNC. Along with that I am also pursuing this language course to enrich my skills. But currently, I would like to discontinue this course due to several reasons.
I have received a new project which is taking longer time than usual that eventually does not allow me to devote few times on this course. Client from a different time zone is the biggest obstacle in order to carry on with these tuition classes. I am not getting sufficient time to time for myself. Overall, it is a hard time for me.
Besides this, my work from home is now over, so I have to spend more than 1 hour to travel back to my home. Therefore, all these additional activities and longer duration of working hours taking my spare time.
I would like to request you if we could hold this course as of now and later, we could again resume it from where we left. If this is possible, please do let me know.
Looking forward to hearing from your soon.
Yours faithfully,
SN
