The data depicts the total amount of Ashdown Museum's tourists before and after the year of being rennovated. Whereas the given pie chart provide information about the level of contentment of several guests during their visit within the two same years.
Overall, it is evident that the upgrading attracted more people to the musem as well as recieving more positive comments from them. Moreover, the year before the improvement occured, the museum itself seemed to not have a good reputation according to the visitors with the negative exceeded the positive comments.
Upon closer analysis, ever since the refurbishment took place, a rough number of 92000 people visited the museum is recorded compared to the year before with 74000 visitors in total. Additionally, a staggering figure of 40% guests appeared to be dissatisfied with their visit which held twice the amount of positive ones. In contrast, 40% comments were seen as optimistic and more extreme satisfactions were recorded among guests during the year after rennovation as the displeased rates were left with solely 15%. Another notable feature is that both periods witnessed an identical pattern between the proportion of people who have no response which occupied by 5% in the pie chart.
