The line graph illustrates the percentage of four distinct cities form Asian countries between 1970 and 2020, and a forecast for 2030 and 2040.
It is obvious that the Malaysia reached significantly the peak and has an upward trend. Malaysia and Indonesia rose and other two countries have fluctuated trend from 1970 and 2040.
As can be seen, the percentage of Malaysia was 30% in 1970 then increased about 12% until 1990. By 2000 it has a raise slightly more than 45% five consecutive decades until 2040. In 2040 the population of Malaysia reached the peak over the 80%. Two Philippines and Thailand countries have same trend while the start point of them were different. After three consecutive decades which the population in Thailand grow about 10% until 1990 it did not change to 2020 and surge remain years more than 12%. Whereas Philippines was stable in 1970 and 1980 then increase by 20% in 1990 and suddenly drop to 2010 approximately 10% nearby 40%. It has a steady increase until 2040. One of the countries that has a significant increase was Indonesia. There was a upward trend and reached the rate of Thailand’s population in 2000 and the in 2010 across Philippines’s rate. from 2010 to 2040 the rate of people has regulatory increase by more 23%.
As a result, Indonesia located in second place after Malaysia which has peak point. Other two countries did not change significantly.
