Dear Ben,
I hope you are doing well. I think you are not too busy to help me out something important. I am writing this letter because I want some professional guidance and suggestions from senior and well-experienced executive which is none other than you.
The fact is that my company offered me a position of Assistant Project Manager in just few weeks. While, it is a great opportunity for me to use my skills in a better way. Also, I am quite excited to do this important role but at the same time, I am anxious to handle such a huge project. As I am not underestimated my confidence level but having a bigger responsibility to work with inexperienced staff, and completing projects within a specified period, depressed me highly. Then, I decided to seek some advice from professional ones.
Thankfully, I have learned that you have an amazing experience in finishing projects before the deadline, and it is my wish that you would be the best mentor for me by sharing your own experience to make my job easier.
