The two pictures illustrate how an industrial area will be transformed in Norbiton after some developments compared to the current.
In general, the location witnessed radical changes, with the most noticeable being the establishment of new amenities and traffic facilities to serve indigenous residents, such as a school, a medical center, shops, a bridge, and a roundabout.
Regarding the town zone, while new houses will be built at the top left-hand corner of the roundabout, new shops and a medical center will also be constructed surrounding the intersection. Enter the east area of the maps. A junction will be erected to the north at right angles to the middle road, where its end is a new playground. In addition, there will be a school replacing a house at the end of the middle road.
To the north side of the manufacturing quarter, a new bridge will be constructed where a river demarcates, while the farmland will be relocated to the east. In the opposite direction, the bottom road will be reconstructed with a new roundabout linked to the existing traffic circle.
