You are currently attending a course which is not the same as per the description in the admission brochure. Write a letter to the headmaster. In your letter:
-state which course you are enrolled in - web-designing in javascript
-provide details about the noted differences - only basic html is covered
-suggest what actions would you like him to take - enroll in other course or pay back
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the three days course on Web Designing that is being conducted at your institution.
As per the details mentioned in the admission brochure, this course includes the latest web-based technologies such as struts, javascript and servlets. However, after attending the first-day introductory session of this course, I came across the fact that it is going to cover only the basic HTML to design web-pages. Moreover, there is no practical designing assessment in this particular course as per the description in the prospectus.
In reference to the details in the brochure, I had paid Rs.2000 for the enrolment of this course, which does not prove beneficial. Therefore, I request you to kindly update my enrollment and assign my name for the course on the latest web technologies. Also, if no such course is available, I urge you to refund my admission fee.
I shall be very thankful to you.
I will look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Prabh
