Educational institutions have a responsibility to dissuade students from pursuing fields of study in which they are unlikely to succeed.
The author's issue that educational institutions have responsibility to dissuade students from pursuing unlikely to succeed is flawed. Educational institutions plays a vital role in the development of students selected filed. Student's chosen field should support by the institutions and encourage the students to achieve their desired path.
Firstly students has their own interests to select field, by interest of them. The filed persuaded by students are likely to results in a higher merit because the field is loved by students. So, the chances of failure is less when compared to other unlikely chosen fields. For example, when a student has interest on aeronautics which is less likelihood by majority of students, lesser number of people involved in aeronautics cannot relates to failure. The field aeronautics is little above standard than others fields, success rate depends upon the student calibre and potential. Educational institutions stops the students to persuade aeronautics, then no management will in aeronautics.
Major responsibility of educational institutions is, to provide the surplus amount of subject knowledge in desired field of student. Indeed, institutions hinder the students to particular field rather than focusing on teaching standards which is complete against the mortality of teachings of institutions. Rather than exposing the students to desired fields results in certain precarious flaws to the society or in near by future effects the student carrier. By considering the illustrate as, when a student is likely to choose robotics, which has great demand in coming years. In certain case educational institution dissuade the student have deteriorate effects on students carrier. Student should allowed to go through their interested field.
Moreover, one cannot measure the succeed in any particular term or bounded region. Succeed can depend on many factors like happiness, achievement, salary packages,,. Educational institutions doesn't have any rights to say about the likelihood nature success by considering only few factors. Let us consider an example, some students may succeed by achieving their profound knowledge on their filed, while some succeed in their dream job. So, succeed cannot permitted to only confined ways.
In cases like, when a student has a immense practical and theoretical knowledge on specific filed, If, such student deviated from his/her master filed, the educational institutions should move forward to impeded the student.By doing so the educational institution will provide the desired path for the students to succeed.
Finally, the educational institutions should provide the immense knowledge in student chosen field and provide facilities to achieve the student goal. Educational constitutions engender to students desired field by en lighting them to practical and theoretical knowledge.
