According to the bar graph in 1985 5 million people traveled abroad from Japan. The number of tourists increased continuously and reached to 11 million in 1990. It was over double in number as compare to tourists in 1985. Afterthat the graph shows a decrease of 1 million in this figure in 1991. Then again in 1992 it rose to 12 million and remained stable during next year (1993). This figure went to 13.5 million in 1994 and touched a peak of 15 million in 1995. It was three time more than starting point.
On the other side line graph illustrates that 2 percent japanese tourists went to Australia during 1985. It increased by approximate 3 percent and reached to 5 percent in 1988. During 1989 it decreased by 1 percent and again climbed to over 6 percent in 1994. During this year the number of japanese tourists touched sky who traveled to Australia. Then in 1995 it was at 6 percent.
Overall both the graph show that the interest of japanese tourists of travelling abroad was increasing.The percentage of japanese tourists coming to Australia had increased 3 time than 1985.
