In this set of materials, the reading states that the researchers exposed some materials that seems to be remain of blood vessels, red blood cells, and collagen matrix and brings up three different hypthesises to support. However, the lecture finds all the discovery incorrect and provides some evidence to refute them all.
First of all, the author of the passage claims that there is interesting findings that show the presence of a soft, flexible organic substance inside the channels and they are the remains of actual bloods. In contrast, the lecture argues that they are not necessary blood and might be something else because these animals die long time ago and there are some bacterias inside the channels and these soft substance are likely the trace of bacterias.
Furthermore, it is mentioned in the reading passage that there are other evidences that prove the remains of red blood cells. On the contrary, the lecture contends that red blood cells come from different origions and other same places.
Finally, the author is of the opinion that the test exposed the collagen in the bone. Conversely, the lecture explains that red blood cells never found in the animals that died more than 100000 years ago while this dinosaur has 70 million years. So this idea is a big contradiction with science's fact. In fact they come from other sources for instance from the skin of who handeling the bone.
