With enormous concern, I am writing this letter as I wanted to inform you that I accidentally forgot some official papers in one of your business meeting rooms. I was there in your hotel on 17th Dec 2016, The Leela Palace, Chandigarh, for an official meeting. The meeting was held in business meeting room no BM 2001. The meeting started at 2:30 PM and ended at 7:30 PM.
I think I left the documents on my seat itself. I was sitting on the very first seat of the round table as we enter the meeting room. The documents have logo of Eperium Business Solution on each of the pages. Ideally, the meeting was suppose to end at 7:00 pm and I was to catch a train for my hometown, Delhi, at 8:15 PM. But since the meeting ended 1/2 hour late, at 7:30 pm, I got extremely reckless. The documents are extremely important as they are annual reports of my company and I was expected to submit them to my managers, post the meeting.
