The table and the chart give information about the figure of visitors and feedbacks before and after a refurbishment of Ashdown Museum. Overall, we can see an improvement for the amount of tourists as well as the proportion of positive feedbacks.
The total number of visitors to Ashdown Museum went up by 24%, from 74000 to 92000, meanwhile the survey results reported the percentage who are at least satisfied (including satisfied and very satisfied) rise from 45% to as high as 75%. In addition, 40% of the guests asked were dissatisfied about the Museum, accounted for the biggest proportion of the entire sample. By the year after refurbishment, the satisfied feedback was the biggest group of all.
It is also noteworthy that the very dissatisfied group dropped dramatically from 10% to 5%. The very satisfied proportion, on the other hand, more than doubled, as it rose from 15% to 35%. At the same time, there is a 5% surveyed gave no response in both reported year.
