In the year before the redecoration, exactly half of people visiting Ashdown Museum felt malcontent; in detail, 40 percent of them expressed their disappointment and one out of ten people even felt extremely dissatisfied. However, only one-third of visitors found this museum brought them the satisfactory. The number of visitors absolutely persuaded accounted for half of the figure for content visitors.

After renewed, the number of visitors to the museum increased from 74000 to 92000 turns. Moreover, the percentage of positive feedback rose to 75 percent of the total. There was 35 percent of guests who were totally enjoyable in the museum, while the figure for content guests also went up by ten percent to reach at 40 percent. In contrast, only 20 percent of people were not convinced (15 percent of malcontent visitors compared with five percent of people having gotten completely bad experience in the museum). In addition, the proportion of “no comment” answers still remained at five percent.
