Apparently, there has been a debate about the new strategy that recently has been used by the advertising company, which is hiring a buzzer. Some people think that this new way is just a scam and the advertising companies are going to mislead the customers, as the author mention in the reading passage, while other people like the speaker in the listening has been adopted the opposite side of view and support his idea as much as he can.
First of all, the guy in the lecture asserts that the buzzer is actually says the truth and never laying on the customers, to state it more clearly, the buzzers are already using this product and he has a good experience with it, as a result of that, the company is hiring him as a buzzer. By this point, the speaker casts the doubt about the text assumption of the giving of the wrong information to the customers in order to make them buying their products.
Second, the listing claims that the customers are so aware and ask a lot of question before buying the product, then he adds, the whole customers that he met during his work as a buzzer, are asking him a lot of question like, the price, the service and how long he had been used this product, as long with this, the customers collect a good information about the product before buying it, admittedly, they don't rely on what the buzzer told them about the product. Indeed, the author point about the misinformation that the customers have been taken from the buzzer, is no longer being believable.
Finally, the buzzer raises a point regarding the issue mentioned in the reading passage which is the decrease of the trust between people because of the dishonesty of the buzzers, then, he adds, why the buzzer spread the dishonesty in the community, as long as, the customers who have used the product are already having a satisfying experience with this product ?. That in turn, have to increase the trust between people, not the opposite as the author says in the text.
