The diagram illustrates the recycling process which makes waste paper reusable.
It is clear that there are six stages in the paper recycling process. Overall, used paper being sorted and cleaned, after the process, is turned into usable paper.
The process begins with collecting the waste paper from public paper banks and from many companies. The next stage is to classify the collected paper using hand to examine whether it is good enough to recycle or not. The unsuitable paper is then removed while the suitable one is delivered to a paper mill at the third stage.
The process continues with the paper being cleaned, pulped and removed some stuck materials like staples ‘cleaning’ step,
or remained inks and glues, in ‘de-inking’ step. At the final step, the cleaned paper is finally passed to the paper making machine to produce the usable paper.
