The topic is about how to prevent the spread of the canes toads in Australia. The lecturer respectively refutes the three methods presented in the reading passage. She says all the methods will be either unsuccessful or ecologically harmful.
First, the lecturer argues that a national fence will not stop the cane toads because the young toads and toad eggs exist in the river stream. The fence in the water will somehow let the stream carrying the young toads and toad eggs pass to the other side where they will establish further generation. However, in the reading passage, there is an example of the national fence preventing the rabbit successfully.
Second, the lecturer contends the idea mentioned in the reading passage that volunteers could help to destroy the toads by saying that untrained volunteers are likely to destroy the native frog. These two species are both restricted to the water and hard to tell the difference when they are young.
Lastly, according to the lecturer, the disease-causing virus will damage the eco-system in Central and South America as the result of the transportation of infected reptiles and amphibian species to those areas. The eco-system of those areas will suffer because the cane toads are the native species there. Nonetheless, the reading passage indicates that other animals may be infected by the virus but the virus only be harmful to the cane toads.

need some details even from reading. for example, in the second argument, you:
'in the reading passage that volunteers could help to destroy the toads...'
It is simple, though it reaches the goal. Let's look at the sample from ETS:
'The Reading passage gives the opposite view. Organizing a large group of volunteers to join an extermination campaign would speed the destruction of cane toads.'
See, It is more clear with details.
