The Widespread Use of the Internet Has Brought Many Problems. What Do You Think Are the Main Problems Associated with the Use of the Web? What Solutions Can You Suggest?
Nowadays technology is developing so fast, so that each week the popularity of inventions is rising with a huge margin. Take the Internet as an example. Over the past few decades, it’s popularity increased, so that now everyone use the Web in everyday life. As well as this has many positive sides, it also causes several negative effects on people’s lives.
First of all, many people who spend their whole day sitting in front of computer have problems related to their health. For example, both adults and young children usually eat while searching the Web or watching films. As a result, they suffer from obesity. Unwanted weight occurs because of their sedentary life styles. Also mostly young boys and girls are playing online games. Therefore, each time they play their vision gets worse.
The other problem that Internet users face today is loneliness. People have their own online life, friends and relatives. They just sit whole day typing something. Consequently, when they are going somewhere for a walk or shopping, in other words they are offline, Internet users realize that they do not have any real friends, except those who are on the Web.
Everyone knows that the Internet has many advantages as well as drawbacks. Despite it’s all negative sides, the Web will always be used by everyone and everywhere. Regarding to these days’ people’s vast use and need of the Internet, no valid solution can be suggested. The only possible answer for parents would be to limit number of hours their children spend searching the Web or just to cut it off.
