The map points out two possible locations for the supermarket of Garlsdon's town.
Overall, it is easy to relize that the first choice locates in the countryside near North West main road while the second location is in the centre of town.
As mentioned, the first location for the new supermarket, from now on called S1, is in the countryside near Hildon, a place with the population of 10 000. With this position, not only residents from Hildon but also Bransdon persons can visit it easily. Besides, in a surburb area, it's not difficult to build a huge car park. This makes a chance for many many people to reach there. Moreover, S1 also nears a railway which runs through the town, hence, it's so convenient for shoppers (or visitors) who go by train.
Unlike S1, the second location, herein after called S2, is in the centre of the town. So it's the most suitable for local residents. S2 has a favorable position with short distance to three main roads, for details, it's 12 km to Hindon, 16 km to Bransdon and to Cransdon, it is 25 km. What a shortcoming if not mention railway which locates in the surrounding of the supermarket, another mode of transport shoppers can choose. There is only a disadvantage to S2, which may becomes big problem, because of locating in the centre, it's so difficult to find a car park, evenly build a parking lot. This leads to fewer options of mode of transport for people who want to go there.
It's not clear to say which location is the best. Since there's no place which is comfortable for everyone. But S1 may allow residents to have more options on choosing vehicles.
