The table shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown Museum during the year before and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the result of surveys asking visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same 2 periods.
The given table summarizes information about how many people paying a visit to Ashdown Museum, while the charts illustrate the satisfaction rate of said visitors before and after the museum's renovation. Overall, there was an increase in the numbers of visitors as well as their satisfaction towards the museum after being modernized.
Ashdown Museum before being refurbished had welcomed 74,000 visitors. The figure then went up significantly by 18,000 people the year after new features were added to the museum.
There were changes in the visitor satisfaction survey results as well. Before being renovated, a majority of people, 40% to be accurate, said that they were not pleased with their museum visit, whereas 10% of people admitted to completely dislike the trip. Among 45% that said they enjoyed the museum, only 15% said to be very satisfied. However, after refurbishment, this rate shot up dramatically to 35%, plus 10% more in the satisfied ratio, making the total percentage of satisfied visitors increase to 75%. On the other hand, only 20% said they disliked the modernized features with 5% confessed to totally hate them. The remaining 5% stayed unresponsive.
