Dear Sir or Madame,
I am writing to inform you about a loss of my credit card number4264 8890 9887 9001.
To begin with, I think I should describe the circumstances that led to the current situation. Yesterday, on 29th October 2017 I purchased a new laptop in a department store that is situated on the outskirts of the megalopolis. I paid for the computer by the card. When I arrived home, I realized I had forgotten the pieces of plastic in the mall. So, I phoned them immediately but my card was not found.
I decided to contact you to cancel my card because a possibility that the card can be used to steal my savings terrifies me. If sending an email is insufficient, I would like you to provide me with instructions how to do it correctly.
In addition, being an owner of your MASTER card was a pleasurable experience because it has been accepted in all countries I have ever visited. So, I want to order a new one. Is an email enough to issue a new card or I should do some additional actions such as visiting a bank office? Where and when can I get my novel card?
