The graph below shows the writing technology used by undergraduate students to prepare assignments at a university in 1970, 1982 and 1994.
The vertical graph reveals the proportion of assignments prepared by multifarious technology apparatus over period of 24 years.
It can be clearly seen that from 1970 to 1994, the proportion of assignments prepared by Ball point pen plunged from 50 to 10% . Next, assignments made by Fountain pen also followed a curtailing trend, falling from less than 40 to about 4% between 1970 and 1982, remaining same till 1994.
The vertical graph demonstrates that there was no use of Computer to design assignments in 1970 where as it made a remarkable improvement, rising from 10 to 50% in last 12 years. Furthermore, 4 times more assignments was developed by Typewriter in 1982 and 1994 as compared to 1970, only 10%.
It is, therefore, clear that technological progress has transformed the choice from Ball pen, fountain pen to Computer and typewriter for assignments preparation with the passage of time.

answer: For task I, minimum 150 words, ideal 200 words. For task II, minimum 250 words, ideal 350 words.
