Dear Mr Brown,
I hope you and your family are all doing well. I am your new neighbour since I moved into the adjacent flat of yours last week. I am a Doctor by profession and yesterday I received an extremely exciting news of the approval of my post graduation application in "Green Valley" university. In fact, I am writing to you in reference to this good news only because all my friends and relatives are insisting me to throw a party at my place. Hence, I not only want to take your permission to do so but indeed want to heartily invite you along with your family at this merry occasion.
Although, it will be a simple celebration however, there will be savoury food cooked by my lovely parents who also happen to be marvellous chefs. Additionally, party will be comprised of few games to entertain everyone such as Tam-bola, Musical chair and the most amazing Truth or Dare. Further, my cousins and peers are going to perform too as some of them are outstanding singers and dancers so you will witness some great music as well.
Lastly, I am very keen to meet your family because being neighbours, it is mandatory that we must be in good terms as we may invariably help each other in need and getting familiar in such a positive milieu will be an awesome beginning of our friendship. Party will start at sharp 6 PM on 22nd December.
Looking forward to meet you soon.
Yours faithfully,
John
