Overall, the planned develepment for Islip will change the center of city a lot which the most changes will be occur in the North of the Main road.
As the figures show, the main road between two shopes will become pedestrians only and will change to dual carriageway, like as now the bottom way reach to the school, the Houses, and the park respectively. However, the park will be in the same position, it will be smaller than now. Also, the shops that are in the south of main road will remain without any changes.
The shopes which are in the north of the Main road will change dramatically. They will be seperated into Bus station, Shopping center, and car park that they will adjacent to the new housing.
