Even in the time of recession Helios unemployment rate was lower than the regional average which means that the industrial setup has a strong business base and knows how to deal in the time of economic crisis.

The manufacturing setup that Helios had was able to generate a large number of jobs which resulted in Helios industrial centre providing more number of jobs than its share of regions manufacturing job. The company setup was huge and it was with a good vision and mission which tempted the localities to go ahead and take the opportunity in developing their region by joining the very industrial setup.

Helios is serving as good example of expanding its economic base which in lieu will attract foreign investments and companies that will focus on research and development of innovative technologies. Any new location that is to be chosen for a business perspective should be such where the residents are willing to contribute to the growth of the industry and at the same time they are looking forward for new technologies to work on.
