Nowadays, the cultural shock has become a terrifying experience for immigrants. However, there are some actions that can be taken to work around this problem which can be easily eliminated. This essay will discuss two of these solutions and a brief conclusion about the subject.
To begin, there are many factors that cause discomfort when in a different nation. The creation of awareness groups is the first step to break bad impressions and also turn the newly arrived more familiar with the new culture. For example, meetings where natives explain their culture and laws. Certainly, immigrants will learn how to behave and obey their new home.
In addition, the adoption of the immigrants in the society is important to ensure their confidence. The promotion of immigrants' culture and festive celebrations unifying the locals with the purpose of a friendly environment. For example, the celebration of the Chinese Year in Australia. In fact, these events allow immigrants and natives to know each other in a pacific way.
To sum up, Cultural Shock has become a bad experience among immigrants. However, the integration of visitors with the locals through informative meetings and the joint of the celebrations of the different cultures are the keys to eradicate this feeling.
