The best way for a society to prepare its young people for leadership in government, industry, or other fields is by instilling in them a sense of cooperation, not competition
Should people compete each other and see who is the best for leadership, or should they work together and benefit each other? This is the question presented in the statement. I would like to begin by agreeing the view that the sense of cooperation is superior than that of competition.
At first glance, it is easy to think that corporation is more of a positive activity compared to competition.
