overall, the park will collapse in the planned development. by contrast, the school will slightly expand as well.
According to the situation now, we can notice that the main road surrounds by shops in both sides, the north, and south. Moreover, the countryside is located in the north part of Islip city. in addition, the housing is situated in the south side of the city.
Turning to planned development, we can see new design will contain pedestrian instead of the main road and many Amenities in the north side such as bus station, shopping center, car park, and new housing. it is worth to note that the city will have dual carriageway which will connect the north side of the city with the south part. To sum up the city will witness a Huge advancement in its structure
