First of all, according to the undeveloped map, the city center is near countryside. The main road surrounded by shops. Other infrastructure such as housing, park and school is in the south of the town.
In improvement map, roads, residential area and transport facilities will be developed. The main road will be replaced by a dual carriageway so the pedestrians only will be constructed in the center. The shops to the north of main road will knock down and shopping mall and buildings will be set up with facilities like parking lot and bus station. The next point, new housing will be created beside the garden area so that will be smaller.
To sum up, based on present and new maps the country will disappear. Therefore, the city will be bigger with more facilities. On the other hand, the town center will completely modernize.
