Information technology is changing many aspects of our lives and now dominates our home, leisure and work activities.
To what extent do the benefits of information technology outweigh the disadvantages?
The different styles of life are the results of the information technology and these days it's significant in our family as well as daily activities. This essay will demonstrate that it's more problematic than advantages. Firstly, it conveys the use of information technologies eases life as the advantages,
but it makes far from society and social activities as the major drawbacks.
The use of the technologies is shifting our lifestyles and working strategies to the new approach. Due to the use of computers people shouldn't have to compute the long-range of mathematical calculations, an effective decision-making process easy. It's also changing our normal activities, work schedules, and communication styles than that we used to prefer earlier. According to the research, recently mobile phone users are growing globally because of the easy communication setup and other beneficial functions they have. To have a luxurious life with the use of technologies are better but physical activities and social norms are the factors ruined by the use of information technologies.
Technologies powers the people to become more informative but less active in social programs and physical fitness. Pupils are being lazy these days because they are using a well-developed computer system to perform their tasks also while spending their free time. There might be some of the social concern that a complete society needs to get informed but such inactivity can result in them for poor interactions. Even some of the jobs need active involvement rather than using technologies. For example, conduction local sanitation and public awareness program in the society can only be possible with direct simulation among neighbors. Thus, being knowledgeable regarding technologies is somewhat extrovert but weakening ones healths and being far from the family and social relations can cause serious impacts.
In conclusion, use of technologies are beneficial to some extent but have more drawbacks. Technologies can certainly reduce some of the workloads and makes easy but utilizing time on it can cause a serious impact in relation and personal health.
