For the most of human history, the greatest part of the Earth was wilderness, and human history was focused on settled areas. Since human population burgeoned, people had to expand the area to settle in, and started developing the areas that were intact and untouched before. Now, we are confronting different facet of human life that environmental pollutions, weather changes, and natural disasters. I strongly believe that governments should preserve our wilderness as much as possible and stop being greedy for short-term gains.
