An ancient, traditional remedy for insomnia—the scent of lavender flowers—has now been proved effective. In a recent study, 30 volunteers with chronic insomnia slept each night for three weeks on lavender-scented pillows in a controlled room where their sleep was monitored electronically. During the first week, volunteers continued to take their usual sleeping medication. They slept soundly but wakened feeling tired. At the beginning of the second week, the volunteers discontinued their sleeping medication. During that week, they slept less soundly than the previous week and felt even more tired. During the third week, the volunteers slept longer and more soundly than in the previous two weeks. Therefore, the study proves that lavender cures insomnia within a short period of time.

The Study prove that lavender cures insomnia with short period of time. it hole base on enormous assumption and unwarranted condition. such as study conduct by electronic instrument, base on 30 volunteers, only three week conduct study. so argument is has hole rife with hole and assumption so it transparently we say lavender cures insomnia.

The recent study is base on only 30 volunteers and only for three week. it shows biggest flaws and floolish ness of study which is conducted. how it is possible study only conducted is on 30 people. it also possible in that 30 people some people take medicine before long time or there treatment is still work in progress. study is always conducted on mass of people then we can say it to prove. small amount people in study which show that misconduct of experiment.

Such study is conduct only for three week. this second flaw of study. it completely show the lack of knowledge and efforts. only three weeks is one of lack of time periods for study. I think hole experiment take short of duration of time. in study say one week there volunteers continued to take their usual sleeping medication and goes on increase in second week also. but suddenly thrid week the volunteers slept longer and more soundly than in the last two weeks. there is no evidences how they sleep in last week. how it possible in one week. if they suffer long time insomia then how it cures in one week ? if scents help him then progress start from one week and then gradually increase, but here is suddenly third week progress shown in study. unless study is fully representive valid and reliable ,it not say that lavander scents help.

Most non sense one is study is conducted by electronic instruments. which clearly state lack of attitude or eagerness towards study. electronic instrument may show blunder in study. or it may be some error in his internal part. how one we believe on electronic instrument. it may possible during one and two week electronic instrument may be work well. but in third week lack of maintained is it shows wrong measurement. so we cant believe electronic instrument in this case.

finally, all point we considers there are many flaws and assumption in above argument. study has to take lot of people, long duration time more than 6 months and proper observation.so winnow all points we conclude that argument has enormous flaws an it not justify lavander scents cures insomnia within a short period of time.
