Training a teacher to pass certain credits is mere an another exam which would just insist them to gain the credits by impractical way of studying rather than making up way to solve the flaws. thus the government's importance over stressing teachers to pass certain credits is baseless in solving the inconsistencies in the system. Teachers must be trained well to understand the psycology of the student. they must undergo certain student analysis program. they pave way in analysing what makes the system worse and what would probably make up to obviate the flaws.

teachers must also be tested about their ways of articulation because not all the persons who are well versed would be a perfect teacher because they might lag somewhere in putting forth the ideas and thoughts. thus rather than stressing on just getting the credits system must also do considerably to improve teacher's articulation. thus they can make even the obscure things perceptible by the student.
