Essay topics:

walnut grove`s town council has advocated switching from EZ disposal (which has had the contract for trash collection services in walnut grove for the past ten years) to ABC waste, because EZ recently raised its monthly fee from $2,000 to $2,500 a month, whereas ABC`s fee is still $2,000.But the town council is mistaken; we should continue using EZ. EZ collects trash twice a week, while ABC collects only once. Moreover,EZ-which, like ABC, currently has a fleet of 20 trucks-has ordered additional trucks.finally,EZ provides exceptional service: 80 percent of respondents to last year`s town survey agreed that they were 'satisfied' with EZ`s performance.

this argument states that the walnut groves`s town council was wrong about their decision of choosing ABC waste over EZ disposal which is in contract with last ten years. TO prove that the author provide various evidences, like EZ disposal raised its monthly fee by $500, whereas ABC fee is still the same. however, on further scrutiny, none of the evidences land credible support for conclusion, many of the information were manipulated by the author. let us scrutinize them further.

Firstly, the author says that the reason for choosing ABC waste by the council was that its price is still $2,000, whereas EZ disposal raised its fee from $2,000 to $2,500, but he din`t mention the reason behind this raise. Maybe, the price of input that EZ require inflated and for that compensation the price raised. Also, their is no credibility that ABC waste will not raise its price in future, until ABC waste did not provide the assurance we remain unconvinced.

secondly, author says that EZ disposal collect waste twice a week, while ABC waste collects only once. But,he forget to mention the necessity for collecting trash twice a week. Maybe, the town`s trash collection requirements were quenched by just collecting once in a week and an obviated second time collection is not needed.

thirdly,he says- EZ disposal ordered additional trucks and already has a fleet of 20 trucks like ABC waste. however, weather their`s a need for any extra trucks, he dint mention. Also, there is no inkling that these additional truck EZ disposal added will provide services in walnut grove`s town. It might possible that EZ is serving other town as well with these trucks.

Finally,he said that 80% of the respondent were satisfied with EZ disposal according to last year survey. But,i like to emphasize on those 20% who were not satisfied with EZ disposal`s performance, it might be possible that EZ disposal was not collecting waste from all the places regularly. Also,he dint mention any dissatisfaction for the ABC waste among the respondent, maybe they satisfied with ABC waste as well.

In sum,we can conclude that we are not convinced with the author`s argument and we need further information to believe the author`s assertion.he should provide data regarding- weekly garbage generated by town, area covered by EZ vs ABC waste, and a complete survey for services provided by EZ disposal and ABC waste.
