The charts illustrate changes in the number of zebras and buffalos and how much annual rainwater fell at the Nboro Nature Reserve in 2005, 2007, 2009, and 2011.
Overall, while the annual precipitation in Nboro Nature Reserve obtained a significant fluctuation, the numbers of 2 given wild animals had upward trends in the span of six years.
Looking closely at the figures for animal species, there was a dramatic increase in the number of buffalos from 2005 to 2009, at 40 and nearly 115, respectively. Then the figure of buffalos rose marginally to approximately 118 in the year of 2011. Apart from a slight decrease of roughly 5 between 2007 and 2011, a similar uptrend also happened in the zebras' population. It started and ended respectively at more than 50 and 81 from 2005 to 2011.
Regarding the annual rainfall, it stood at more than 630 millimeters in 2005 then this figure grew considerably to almost 1100 millimeters in 2007. In the year 2009, the amount of rainwater declined more than half of that in 2007, at 700 millimeters. However, the precipitation surged again and ended at 1200 millimeters at the end of the period.
