The diagram below show a simple process that change dirt water into clean water. This process usually using barrel, drum, a pipe, and two taps.
Let me explain how this these equipments work. First, we should place barrel higher than drum, but the position is still close each other. System work by linked the pipe which located in the bottom of barrel and connect in a side of drum. However, the best barrel is made by plastic material that can make it tough enough for shaded filtering materials; sand gravel, and charcoal. Furthermore, these material located in a series from bottom to the top of barrel. In the storage drum do not forget give the tap as output device for fresh water. in the last of process, remember to re-check connection of pipe between them and ensure the setting already rough. Now, equipment installation is complete.
Process of filtering starts when dirty water is poured into the barrel. After that, it flows automatically through the filter in the bottom of barrel and move into storage drum. Thus this process in necessity enough time, you should be patient and cannot be fasted while pour water. It needs through every filtering material slowly to ensure that every state has precipitation dirt material. Water is flows little by little until storage drum full. Then, when the tap in the storage is turning on the fresh water ready to served.
In summary, this system shows simple mechanism to filtering dirty water. Accordingly, basic equipment to compiler this installation is easy to get around us. This is became cheap and easy solution while we need fresh water and there is no modern water treatment available. Have a nice try.
