In many countries, children are encouraged in some kinds of paid work. Some people regard it as a completely wrong thing. While others consider it as some kind of work experience, important for learning and taking responsibilities. What are your opinion on this?
It has been a debatable topic whether or not children are encouraged to do part time jobs especially in poor countries. However, I feel childrens’ engagement in paid jobs at an early stage may negatively influence childrens’ physical and mental developments, academic performance and against their basic rights. Hence, it should be discouraged.
