Some employers reward members of staff for their expectional contribution to the company by giving them extra money. This practice can act as an incentive for some but may also have a negative impact on others.To what extent is this style effective.Are there better ways of encouraging employees to work hard?
Nowadays the employees who excel from others with their personal abilities and success in their work are motivated by chiefs and awarded by giving extra money or other incentive payments. Some people are of the opinion that it can strongly motivate them while others completely ignore this statement and point out that it can have a negative effect on others. Personally, I believe that this style of management cannot impact so negatively as some people consider, but before drawing a quick conclusion this statement needs to be discussed.
